Order Cancellation Guidelines

At Aristoleo+, we understand that circumstances may change after placing your order for our premium High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil supplements. We've designed our cancellation policy to be fair while accommodating the specialized nature of our artisanal products.

Cancellation Window

Due to our on-demand bottling process and the premium nature of our high phenolic olive oil supplements:

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@aristoleo.com with your order number in the subject line
• Please include "ORDER CANCELLATION" and your order number in the subject line for expedited processing

After Processing Has Begun

Once your premium EVOO supplement has entered our production process:

• Orders that have begun processing cannot be cancelled as the oil has been allocated and bottling preparation has commenced
• Our specialized bottling process in biophotonic violet glass begins shortly after order confirmation to ensure optimal freshness
• You will receive notification when your order enters the processing stage

Pre-Orders and Scheduled Subscription Deliveries

For advance orders of our seasonal high phenolic olive oil harvests:

• Pre-orders may be cancelled with full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled processing date
• Scheduled recurring subscription deliveries may be adjusted or cancelled at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment
• Notification of processing dates will be sent via email for all pre-orders and scheduled deliveries

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise:

• If you experience extenuating circumstances requiring cancellation outside of our standard policy timeframes, please contact us directly
• Our customer care team will schedule a conversation to discuss your specific situation
• We commit to addressing each case with care and personalized attention
