Aristoleo+ is the evolution of our passion and dedication to high phenolic extra virgin olive oil and its many health benefits. And making sure that the highest quality gets to our informed clients.

Aristoleo has been involved in the research and testing of High Phenolic EVOO since 2012, when Athan first interviewed Dr. Prokopios Magiatis at the University of Athens. Athan has since become known as "the moral authority on High Phenolic EVOO. For this he is loved by those looking for the truth ... and not loved by those who would obfuscate it.

Aristoleo was a key partner in the EU funded 3-year, 5-country ARISTOIL Interreg MED study for best practices in HP EVOO production. Aristoleo was mandated to create the the marketing portal for this newly identified category of EVOO with a health claim.

Aristoleo Awards, introduced in 2016, is the only international competition exclusive to HP EVOO and HP Table Olives and now introduces Aristoleo Certification for HP EVOO brands who comply with the ARISTOIL criteria, most importantly the climate control at 12.5-15°C or 54-59°F.
