No Return Policy - Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Due to the premium nature of our High Phenolic EVOO supplements and our commitment to quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or process refunds once an order has been shipped. Each bottle is:

- Stored under precise climate-controlled conditions
- Bottled on demand specifically for your order
- Packaged in specialized biophotonic violet glass
For these reasons, our products cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, as we cannot guarantee they've maintained the strict environmental conditions necessary for optimal quality.
Damaged Shipments
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping issues:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged product
- Take clear photographs documenting the damage
- Our customer care team will schedule a phone consultation to discuss your specific situation
- We will work personally with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with our resolution
Missing Deliveries
If your tracking information shows your order as DELIVERED but you have not received it:
- You must notify Aristoleo within 5 days of the delivery date
- This timeframe allows us to file a timely claim with the shipping carrier
- Please note that carriers typically take photographs of packages upon delivery as verification
- We cannot be responsible for missing orders reported after the 5-day window and will not issue refunds in such cases
