Classic Greek "Horiatiki" Salad

This authentic Greek salad showcases fresh vegetables with premium high phenolic olive oil as the star.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, julienned
  • 200g high-quality feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 20 Kalamata olives
  • 3 tablespoons Aristoleo+ PowerShot high phenolic EVOO
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
