Ruby Red Gem of a Power Smoothie with High Phenolic EVOO

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked and chopped beetroot (or 1 cup frozen beet cubes)
  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
